🪐 GeminiOS - Run AI Studio Apps Locally
🔍 What Is GeminiOS?
GeminiOS is a desktop app that runs Google AI Studio inside a window on your computer. It lets applications created in AI Studio talk directly with your Windows system.
When you open or build apps inside AI Studio, GeminiOS gives them special permissions to do tasks like read and write files, run commands, and use the clipboard on your PC. This makes the apps more powerful and lets them do things that a normal website cannot do.
Think of GeminiOS as a bridge between your local computer and apps made in Google AI Studio.
⚠️ Important Security Notes
GeminiOS lets apps access parts of your computer. Every time an app wants to do something—like opening a file—you will see a permission request. Only click "Allow" if you trust what the app is asking. If you are unsure, click "Deny." This helps keep your computer safe.
💻 System Requirements
- Windows 10 or later (64-bit preferred)
- At least 4 GB of RAM
- 1 GB of free disk space
- Internet connection to use Google AI Studio inside the app
- Monitor with 1280x720 resolution or higher
Your computer should meet these requirements for GeminiOS to run smoothly.
