HyperChat

Introduction

HyperChat is an open-source chat client designed to leverage APIs from various LLMs, fully supporting MCP (presumably a plugin system) for an enhanced chat experience. It aims to provide productivity tools based on native Agents.

It supports OpenAI-style LLMs like OpenAI, Claude, Qwen, Deepseek, GLM, and Ollama. A built-in MCP marketplace allows easy installation and configuration, with submissions welcomed to HyperChatMCP. Manual installation of third-party MCPs is also supported.

Features

HyperChat supports Windows, MacOS, and Linux, offering command-line execution and Docker deployment. Key features include an MCP extension marketplace, Agent creation with pre-set prompts and MCP functions, dark mode, resource management, English and Chinese support, and rendering of Artifacts, SVG, and HTML. It also incorporates KaTeX for mathematical formulas, WebDAV syncing, RAG based on MCP knowledge bases, ChatSpace for multiple conversations, Agent calling, and scheduled tasks.

Usage

To use HyperChat, configure your API key for an OpenAI-compatible LLM service and ensure you have uv + nodejs installed.
